Lost monitoring after a router change, internet outage, or home sale? ElectriCare reconnects and reconfigures all major solar monitoring systems — so you can actually see what your system is doing.
Tell us what platform you're on and what you're seeing — we'll figure it out.
951.696.9669Monitoring is how you know your system is working. Without it, a failed microinverter, a tripped breaker, or a cloud-connected device dropping offline can go undetected for months — quietly costing you in lost production. It's not just a dashboard; it's your first warning system.
ElectriCare reconnects and reconfigures monitoring for all major platforms. Whether you changed your WiFi router, moved into a home with an existing system, or had monitoring go dark after a utility event, we'll identify the cause and get your monitoring reporting accurately again.
Most monitoring reconnections are resolved in a single visit.
Tell us what monitoring platform you have and what you last saw before it went offline. Screenshots help.
We attempt remote resolution first. Many Enphase and SolarEdge issues can be diagnosed and sometimes resolved without a site visit.
When a physical visit is required — gateway firmware, communication module swap, or hardware reset — we schedule quickly and come prepared.
We confirm your monitoring is reporting accurately and all panels/microinverters are showing up before we close the service call.
Monitoring is the only visibility you have into your solar investment. Reconnection isn't a nice-to-have — it's essential maintenance.
Without monitoring, you have no way to know if your system is underperforming, degrading, or has components that have failed.
Bought a home with solar? The previous owner's monitoring account needs to be transferred — it doesn't happen automatically.
Enphase, SolarEdge, SMA, Fronius, Generac — we work across every major residential monitoring platform.
We configure production alerts so you're notified if your system drops offline or production falls below expected thresholds.
The more detail you can share about your system and the issue, the faster we can help.
Solar monitoring gateways store your specific network credentials. When you replace your router or change your WiFi network name or password, the gateway loses its connection. The system keeps producing, but the monitoring platform stops receiving data. This is one of the most common monitoring issues we resolve.
Monitoring accounts are owned by whoever set them up — usually the original installer or previous homeowner. To transfer the account, you'll need to contact the monitoring platform directly or have a licensed technician facilitate the transfer. We handle new homeowner monitoring setup regularly and can walk you through the process.
Not necessarily. Monitoring shows reported production from the gateway, which may not reflect actual output if there are communication delays or offline microinverters that aren't syncing. Monitoring is a useful indicator, but it's not a substitute for a proper inspection — especially if you haven't had one in the last few years.
It can be either. Intermittent offline microinverters in Enphase systems can result from weak WiFi signal reaching the gateway, firmware issues, or actual microinverter failure. We differentiate between communication failures and hardware failures during our diagnostic visit. If it's a hardware failure, we can proceed directly to replacement.
Yes, and we strongly recommend it. Enphase Enlighten, SolarEdge, and most other platforms support email or SMS alerts when production drops below a threshold or the gateway loses communication. We configure these alerts as part of every monitoring reconnection — so the next outage gets caught immediately.
You shouldn't be flying blind on a system you paid for. Call us or request service online — most reconnections are resolved within the week.
