I had multiple issues with my solar system collectively and as offline for almost two years. I contacted ElectriCare and was so impressed with their responsiveness. Allen came out to my home after a couple of email exchanges with pics and to clarify the issues I had. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, exceeding my expectations as a service provider. Allen listened to my concerns, albeit solar is not in my wheelhouse as far of skill set; so thankful Allen was the expert. He assessed the inverter, my app and number of solar panels. He also reviewed if any panels were emitting solar. Once he identified the problem, he contacted Enphase and worked directly through them to enable a Wi-Fi connection on the inverter and through my phone. My solar is now up and running, but since they were down for so long, Allen indicated it will take approximately 45 days for data to download. I am certain I will follow-up with Allen at that time and will continue to use ElecrtriCare going forward. Thank you so much!

Amazing company came out for an emergency inspection at 10 o’clock at night was extremely transparent, honest and selfless with us offered to bring his own generator to help my husband when our power was out. Amazing quality company, and amazing individual.

Alex was awesome! I called him about issues I’ve been having with my solar system and he came out same day and immediately knew what was wrong and made immediate changes that he could. I contacted this company after many attempts with the manufacturer to make my system work, since my initial installer went out of business. They came to my house, found issues with the installation, explained everything to me, worked with the manufacturer and with the financing company until everything was corrected and functioning properly. My system is solar edge and they are a very difficult company to work with. After a very long time, my solar and battery system is finally working like it’s supposed to be. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Electricare performed all aspects of the solar panel installation perfectly. The contract was clear and concise. They provided all the paperwork necessary for the City Building and Safety Department and Southern California Edison. They liaised flawlessly with both entities. I am only waiting for SCE to authorize the system to be energized.
