What We Install

Complete Energy Infrastructure

Solar generation, storage, EV charging, and monitoring — designed to work as one integrated system or as standalone upgrades.

Commercial Solar PV

Roof-mount, ground-mount, and solar carport systems engineered to your roof structure, electrical service, and energy goals.

  • Tier-1 modules and string or microinverter architectures
  • Structural and electrical engineering in-house
  • Permit, interconnection, and PTO management

Demand-charge reduction, time-of-use shifting, and resiliency with leading battery platforms sized to your load profile.

  • Tesla, Enphase, and SolarEdge ecosystems
  • Single-site and multi-cabinet commercial deployments
  • Sizing tied to demand-charge and TOU strategy

Solar Carports & EV Charging

Solar carport canopies that produce power and shade vehicles — often paired with Level 2 and DC fast EV charging infrastructure.

  • Single-row and multi-bay carport structures
  • Networked Level 2 and DCFC stations
  • Make-ready electrical and load management

Monitoring & O&M

Real-time production monitoring, alerting, and ongoing maintenance to protect system uptime and warranty coverage.

  • Portfolio-level dashboards across multiple sites
  • Preventative maintenance and inverter service
  • Cleaning, inspection, and re-commissioning
Incentives & Financing

Make the Numbers Work for the Project

Commercial solar carries some of the strongest tax and depreciation advantages of any capital expenditure. We help your CFO and tax advisor understand which incentives apply and how to model payback for your site.

We support cash purchases, equipment financing, and operating leases — and our team prepares the documentation utilities and rebate programs require.

ElectriCare is not a tax or financial advisor. Consult your CPA to confirm eligibility and benefit for your specific business.

Federal Investment Tax Credit (ITC)

Currently 30% of qualifying system cost for eligible commercial taxpayers.

MACRS Accelerated Depreciation

5-year cost recovery on commercial solar can significantly improve year-one cash flow.

Utility & State Rebates

Various utility-specific incentives — we handle the paperwork on programs that apply to your site.

Equipment Financing & Leases

Operating leases and equipment loans are available through third-party lenders we work with regularly.

Commercial O&M

Operations & Maintenance for Owners and Asset Managers

Solar assets only deliver returns when they're producing. We support property owners, REITs, and asset management companies with structured O&M programs that protect uptime, preserve warranty coverage, and keep production reports clean for stakeholders.

Single sites or multi-site portfolios — including systems originally installed by another contractor.

Preventative Maintenance Contracts

Scheduled inspections, electrical testing, and reporting tailored to your portfolio and warranty requirements.

Inverter Repair & Replacement

Diagnosis, RMA coordination, and field replacement for string and central inverters across major brands.

System Troubleshooting & Repair

Production drops, ground faults, communication failures — diagnosed and corrected by licensed C-10 electricians.

Module Washing & Cleaning

Scheduled or as-needed washing programs to recover production lost to soiling, dust, and agricultural buildup.

Thermal & IV Curve Testing

Aerial thermal scans and string-level IV testing to find underperforming modules before they impact production.

FAQ

Commercial Frequently Asked Questions

What size commercial projects do you handle?
From small single-site businesses up to 2 MW installations. We scope every project around your roof or land area, electrical service, and load profile rather than a fixed minimum.
Do you build commercial solar projects larger than 2 MW?
Our standard commercial capacity goes up to 2 MW. For larger systems we welcome the conversation — reach out directly and we'll discuss scope, timeline, and the best partnership structure for your project.
Can ElectriCare act as install-only on a project we've already designed?
Yes. We work as a full EPC contractor or as a labor-only install partner working from your engineered drawings, BOM, and schedule. We'll review the design before bid to flag any field constructability issues.
Are you set up for prevailing-wage and certified-payroll work?
Yes. We're configured to deliver certified payroll on public-works and prevailing-wage projects, and we're familiar with DIR reporting requirements.
How long does a typical commercial install take?
Most commercial timelines are driven by permitting and utility interconnection rather than the install itself. Field installation usually runs 2–8 weeks depending on system size and roof access; full project timelines from contract to PTO commonly land at 4–9 months.
Do you handle permitting and utility interconnection?
Yes. We manage building, electrical, and structural permits along with the utility interconnection and PTO process — including the structural and electrical engineering required for stamped plan submittal.
What battery brands do you install?
Tesla, Enphase, and SolarEdge for most commercial projects. We size storage around demand-charge reduction, time-of-use shifting, and backup goals — and we'll recommend the platform that best fits your load profile and budget.
Do you service systems you didn't install?
Yes. Our commercial O&M team supports owners and asset managers across multi-site portfolios, including systems originally installed by other contractors. We'll start with a baseline inspection and recommend the right service cadence.
