What This Service Covers

ElectriCare, Inc. provides:

• System diagnostics and troubleshooting

• Warranty claim coordination with manufacturers

• Replacement of defective components

• Monitoring setup and connectivity support

• General maintenance and repair services

Important Warranty Notice

Manufacturer warranties typically cover replacement parts only.

Labor to install, remove, or service warranty replacement parts is not included and will be billed separately.

Standard Service Pricing

The following labor rates apply to common service scenarios:

Diagnostics & Warranty Processing (ground work) – $399

String Inverter Replacement (ground work)

• Like-for-like: $795

• Rewiring and conduit work required: $1,295

Roof Work (Modules, Optimizers, Micro-inverters)

• Base fee: $495

• Additional: $99 per component

Miscellaneous Repairs (ground work) – $495

Monitoring / Wi-Fi Configuration – $399

Why These Fees Apply

Our pricing reflects the labor, safety requirements, and technical expertise needed to properly service your solar system while maintaining manufacturer and electrical compliance standards.

Additional Costs

• Any non-warranty materials are billed at cost

• Services not listed above will be quoted separately and require approval

Service Conditions

Pricing assumes standard working conditions.

Additional charges may apply if:

• Access is restricted or unsafe

• System configuration is non-standard

• Additional electrical or structural work is required

Before We Perform Work

You’ll always:

• Receive clear communication about the scope of work

• Be notified of any additional costs before work proceeds
