ElectriCare is the company who installed our solar panels in one day to our satisfaction. We can shout to the whole world how good this company is.
The installers (Julio and Vern), the electrician (Ryan), the quality assurance person (Aaron) and the office manager (Nina) are highly commendable for a job well done. They all acted in a very professional manner and were very courteous.
Nina walked us through the whole process of installation in detail, and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. She is a perfect example of going above and beyond.
Aaron patiently walked us through the whole process of operating the solar system, and provided us with accurate information. He handled the inspection made by the City and Fire Department with confidence knowing that the installation was done in an orderly manner. We were really impressed with his attention to detail and he even painted the conduit the same color as our house.
We will highly recommend them and their services to our relatives, friends and everyone.

We moved here from Northern California in January and have had many, many different contractors, plumbers, pool installers, electricians, misc., workers, etc., doing all types of different projects.
My husband and I thought you should know that the crew you sent to our home was absolutely fantastic. They were professional, polite, courteous, thorough and just all around great!
If we had any questions about what was going on, they stopped, answered all our questions, never making us feel like we were bothering them. We truly appreciated their answering our questions and being so courteous.
Other than the panels on our roof, there was no indication that there were any crews here at all. There wasn't so much as a piece of paper lying on the ground!

About the Investment:
My wife and I are not high users of electricity. When we asked Eddie to install a PV system on our home it was not for the economics, but rather to become part of the solution. After three years – SURPRISE! It looks like a terrific investment for the economics! We couldn’t be happier about our “leap of faith” with the decision.
Was it worth it?:
I always tell folks the solar decision is one that pays off big time if you can look beyond today.

About the Investment:
Having the photovoltaic panels installed was less expensive than I thought it would be after reviewing some of the prices listed on the internet and receiving the rebates and tax credits. Knocking off the top tiers of my electric bill has saved me a great deal of money over the years and I’ve used the savings to install other cost effective improvements.
Was it worth it?:
The value is twofold as I not only save on my electric bill, but I have bragging rights regarding the reduction of my carbon footprint.

Not only was the installation done quickly, but the pergola, that houses the panels, was installed to code and at cost, saving me added expense. The installers were courteous and kept their area clean while they worked. I am completely satisfied with ElectriCare. The representative reviewed my yearly use and suggested the size of my platform, which turned out to be perfect for my family’s needs.
Would you use ElectriCare again?
Looking back over the years; I consider the installation of the photovoltaic panels one of my wisest investments. I was treated courteously during the installation and subsequently have kept in touch with the owner, Eddie Haro. My overall cost savings has made the whole experience worthwhile and I would do it again.

About the Investment:
With my system, I generate approx 500 kwhrs per month. My rough calculations say that I am getting about a 9% return on my investment(ROI) of $20k. Since it is a tax free ROI, I think that it is one of best performing investments that I have.

I shopped around for over a year and after watching my electric bill skyrocket every month we decided to invest in solar.
Was it worth it?:
We've had our solar panels for almost 3 years. My average electric bill has been $500 a year where it was over $2500 prior.

We were treated very well. Alex was always on time, he stayed involved for 6 months after the installation was up and running to be sure we were satisfied. The installation took half a day to install 20 panels. The project was inspected and signed off within a week. We have had no problems with it. Our real estate agent told us it added $40,000 to the value of the home.

About the Investment:
I have been thrilled with the investment. I have a large house in a hot climate. ElectriCare worked with me to right size my system to provide the best payback, given the nature of the utility rates. The system has substantially reduced my electric bill and eliminated the highest cost electricity in the upper tiers of the rates. Aside from feeling good about the savings, I feel good about doing something positive for the environment.

I've had the system since May of 2006 and it's been worth every penny.
